A level 2 survey, previously known as a Homebuyer Report, is a standard survey that is suitable for most ‘modern’ properties in relatively good condition. The main purpose of the survey is to provide a visual assessment of the property's general condition, focusing predominantly on its main components such as the roof, roof structure, walls, windows, doors etc.
The report will highlight any major defects visible at the time of inspection, whilst providing advice on any further investigations the surveyor deems necessary.
Please note, that this level of survey is not generally advised for properties built prior to the 1930’s. We advise a LV3 survey in this instance.
Our services are tailored to the client and individual property, ensuring they receive a report that is specific for their needs.
